I see someone going to counseling/therapy because they've been mentally running in circles. Some of you might feel like you need someone to talk to or you need guidance so you might be seeking a mentor this week.

🌸 I see that you'll be focusing more on yourself and your well-being. I see you loving on yourselves more and making healing a priority instead of pushing it off to the side. Some of you could decide that your form of self-care is rest and relaxation and that's okay. The main focus for this week is making sure that you're taking care of yourselves, respecting yourselves more, and setting boundaries where you see fit with yourself and others.
🌸 I see a lot of you are standing on business and setting boundaries this week and I couldn't be more proud of y'all. This is actually good spiritual hygiene 🤗. I see a lot of you learning to say "no" which isn't easy especially when you've been saying "yes" all the time even during times you've wanted to say "no". Don't let anybody make you feel selfish/bad for saying no and protecting yourself. Tell em' to catch up and start applying it to their own lives because it feels good. I see some of you withdrawing your energy and learning to walk away from things that are draining and no longer serving you purpose and I love that for y'all. Again self-respect and self-love are important....All of that falls in the category of self-care!!!! If you've been hardheaded and not doing any of that you're being advised to start saying no, learning when it's time to walk away, start setting those boundaries, and standing on straight business. Stop playing about yourselves because you're a king/queen and should be treated as such.
🌸 I see that traveling 🧭 is significant this week. I see some of you could currently be on vacation, coming back from a vacation, or you'll be going on some type of vacation this week. I see someone feeling like this vacation is much-needed and it is. You could be traveling 🧭 by car, bus, plane or boat. However, if you're traveling make sure that you're being safe. This could be a solo trip, family trip, bae-cation, or a trip with friends. Some of you could also be traveling 🧭 for work or traveling with your co-workers. This could be a quick weekend getaway for some of you. Some of you could be traveling 🧭 because you're moving to another city or state this week. Congratulations 🎈 and safe travels.
🌸 I see some of you fighting an addiction. This could be a short or long-term addiction. This could be drugs, alcohol, sex, porn, or like an addiction to tobacco (Cigarettes, Black and Milds, etc). I see someone fighting a tough addiction that has affected the way they interact with people. You could've formed this addiction to help you cope with some type of trauma. I see you acknowledging your addiction and calling out for help. If this is your energy I am so proud of you because the first step to healing and recovering from an addiction is acknowledging that you have an addiction. I see someone checking themselves into rehabilitation. I see someone overcoming those cravings and that some of you are no longer in denial which is a good thing.
