Nurture 🌱 Your Spiritual Growth: How To Centering Yourself & Things You Need To Stop Feeling Guilty About

I’m sure you’re here because you want insight on centering yourself and not feeling guilty about certain things.

Here We Will Discuss The Best Way To Center Yourself:

What is Centering? Centering is often confused with Grounding, however centering refers to our mental and physical state of mind while grounding is the energy around us. Being centered brings a calmness to our emotions while being grounded we're getting rid of the excessive energy in our body.

  • Do breathing exercises. (Try the 3-6-9 breathing method: Take a deep breath for 3 seconds, hold for 6 seconds, and slowly exhale for 9 seconds)

  • Move your body for 3 minutes. You can do anything that allows you to move your body for 3 minutes. You can go on a 3-minute walk.

  • Connect with nature. You can connect with nature by walking barefoot in the grass, hugging a treat, or doing guided meditation outside.

  • Shift your focus to something new.

  • Focus on your 5 senses.

  • Complete a small, simple task.

  • Make a list of all the things and people you love.

  • Engage in self-care activities.

Here We Will Discuss Things You Need Not To Feel Guilty About:

  • Saying "No" to others. Sometimes if you're someone who says "yes" all the time more than often people will take advantage of that. Stop feeling guilty about it and learn to say no.

  • Declining a phone call 📞. If you're not in the mood to talk or you don't have the energy at the moment then decline that damn call lol...

  • Your spiritual beliefs. You shouldn't have to feel guilty about what you believe in no matter how you were raised.

  • Asking for your needs to be met or reciprocation.

  • Setting boundaries and making sure that others respect your boundaries.

  • Doing what's best for you because others are going to do what's best for them.

  • Sleeping in especially if you're tired or had a long day. Even if you haven't had a long day, sleep in if you feel like it.

  • Taking a break. Breaks are needed for your mental and physical health. Take a break if you need to.

  • Removing someone out of your life or walking away from something or someone that no longer serves you any purpose.

  • Leaving a draining job or career.

  • Quitting school because you found out that it's not for you.

  • Having kids at an early age. Everybody's life path is different and so happy that yours included children and so what?
