Cutting the cord helps to recover energy that has been lost and to re-establish healthier energetic boundaries. You can cut cords with a person, relationship, situation, place or even a state of mind that you no longer resonate with. Cord cutting allows you to visualize that cord then cut it.

How To Cut The Cord? (Different Methods)

🌻 Meditation — Sit still and imagine yourself being surrounded by a white light. Visualize the person from across you. Imagine the cord between the two of you dissolving. Sit in the space mentally noting how you feel.

🌻 Salt 🧂 bath 🛁 — Run a warm episom salt bath and any herbs that you wish to add. Imagine a white light around you while soaking in the tub 🛁. Visualize the other persons energetic attachments washing away. This would be the same if you're trying to detach from a situation, place or mindset.

🌻 Scissor ✂️ Spell — Write each persons name on a piece of paper, then cut between the names, servering the ties. This would be the same method if you're trying to detach from a situation, place or mindset.

🌻 Visualization — Visualize a white light surrounding you. Visualize that you're standing across from the person. Using a wand, finger, etc and cast a circle ⭕️ around yourself that cuts any connection with that person. This would be the same method if you're trying to detach from a situation, place or mindset.

🌻 Candle 🕯️ Spell — Tie two ritual candles or birthday 🥳 candles with twine then imagine a white light surround you and the candles then light and watch the cord burn, cutting ties between two people. This would be the same method if you're trying to detach from a situation, place or mindset.
