🌻 On a piece of paper write ✍🏽 out the PROBLEM AND then chant the second paragraph 3 times:
🌻 "From paper to fire, from fire to ash, from ash to ember, this problem I must surrender"
🌻 Then burn the paper and bury the ashes.
