2022 Booking Policy Update
This is for all readings booked going forward.
I know people keep asking about my booking policy or when will I add more openings with that being said since I’m constantly booked up and I hate being rushed so I will be changing the policy to receive your readings within 5-10 business days from the date of your scheduled reading not counting Friday-Sunday due to those days not counted as business days (Due to self-care and life events). How to calculate when you shall receive your reading by just looking at the booked date and counting up to 10 days from that date not including Friday-Sunday. There will be days that I work on Friday-Sunday however my dm's and text line are closed. What's The Purpose of messaging on Facebook?
The purpose of you sending me a message on Facebook is because with me having a business page I am NOT able to message you first in order for you to receive your reading. Just send a simple message "Hey I am confirming my booked appointment today!" and you will receive a message with the details needed.
Failure to send me a message on Facebook will automatically result in your reading being automatically voided with no reschedule to those who booked a reading with a membership reading credit with a Bronze Unicorn membership ONLY. To those who miss an appointment check-in time w/ Silver + Golden Plans you can only reschedule once if you miss check-in time. If you've failed to send a message by noon and you've purchased a regular reading outside of membership purchasing then you will be rescheduled for our next available day and no I will not reschedule you in a few days it will be rescheduled to my next available date according to my books on my website.
Please do not argue with me about this in case you see me offering any squeeze in appointments because you will be ignored. To avoid being rescheduled please make sure that you inbox us via Facebook by Noon on the day of your appointment.
Also, it's up to you to keep your appointment or remember your appointment. If you are rescheduled due to me having too many appointments in one day you will receive an email being informed.
I’m blessed to be in high demand and I hope you all understand last year I spent a lot of time stressing about being rushed I won’t be stressed or rushed this year.
Also,
There will be absolutely no refunds unless canceled within 24 hours of your payment going forward my website already reflects this policy. Once you’ve already booked if you decide to cancel you will only receive 50% of your payment if canceled within 24 hours (this is considered a retainer fee) of your payment being processed after 24 hours there are absolutely no refunds.
