🦋 With the 5 of Cups at the bottom of the deck, that is your overall energy this week. The 5 of Cups is the card of sadness, grief, disappointment, emotional loss, and crying over spilled milk. So some of you this week could be in your feelings about something that didn’t work out the way you wanted it to. This could be love, money, a missed opportunity, an argument, or just life not going how you planned. This card shows up when you’re processing something emotionally, not when you’re completely over it yet, so give yourself grace this week if you feel more emotional than usual. Some of you could be isolating yourself this week or just wanting to be alone so you can process your emotions. This is that energy of needing space, needing quiet, needing time to think, and needing to emotionally reset. Just be careful not to isolate so much that you start overthinking and making yourself feel worse than the situation actually is. On the original Riders Waite deck the Five of Cups, there are three cups spilled over, but two cups still standing. And Spirit is really emphasizing that message this week: don’t focus so much on what didn’t work that you miss what is still working. There are still opportunities, still people who care about you, still money to be made, still progress happening even if you can’t fully see it yet. Underneath the 5 of Cups you received the “I love you and I adore you” card, and I really like this energy because it tells me that even though you may be sad, you are not alone. Somebody in your life cares about you deeply and either they’re going to express their feelings to you this week, check on you, comfort you, or remind you that you matter. This could be a lover, a friend, or a family member, but I definitely see someone giving you emotional support this week when you need it the most. Underneath all of that you received the “Crown Chakra” card, so your crown chakra could be significant this week. The crown chakra is connected to clarity, higher wisdom, intuition, and your connection to God/Source. So if you’re overly emotional, overly stressed, or in your head too much, it can block your clarity and make you feel confused, lost, or disconnected. Some of you could literally be having headaches, feeling mentally drained, overthinking, not sleeping well, or feeling spiritually disconnected. Spirit is advising meditation, prayer, quiet time, being in nature, journaling, or spiritual baths this week so that you can clear your mind and reconnect with yourself. I do see a moment this week where you have a realization about something you were sad about. It’s like you’re going to see the situation differently by the end of the week. What you thought was a loss may actually turn out to be protection or redirection. I also see someone reaching out to you that you were not expecting to hear from, and that conversation is going to help you emotionally more than you realize.
