Alright, beautiful souls… before you jump into your day, pause for a second and say this prayer.
“God, Source, Ancestors, Spirit Guides,
Thank you for carrying me through this week. Thank you for the lessons, the growth, and the strength it took to keep showing up even when I was tired. Tonight, I release what’s been heavy. The stress I didn’t speak about. The emotions I held in all week. The pressure I put on myself to keep it together. I let go of frustration, disappointment, and mental exhaustion. I don’t carry work, conversations, or emotional residue into my rest. If something drained me, I call my energy back. If someone crossed a boundary, I release it without reopening the door. If something didn’t go as planned, I accept it without self-blame. I give myself permission to soften. To unwind. To be present with myself again. This week is complete.
I am allowed to rest now. Asè. 🌙🧿✨”
