Alright, beautiful souls… before you jump into your day, pause for a second and say this prayer.
“God, Source, Ancestors,
Thank you for bringing me into a new week where I am not just working, but also receiving. This week, I release the need to chase everything. I release the belief that I have to struggle to keep what is meant for me. Teach me how to receive without anxiety. Teach me how to hold blessings without fear of losing them. Stabilize what is coming into my life, my money, my opportunities, my peace, and my relationships. If something is meant for me, let it stay. If something is unstable, correct it without chaos. Help me move calmly, not desperately. Confidently, not fearfully. I am ready to receive and maintain what is mine. Asè. 🧿✨”
🌿 Grounding Exercises: Stay Stable & Centered 🌿
These are to help you stay calm, clear, and grounded while things are shifting and aligning.
1. 60-Second Mental Reset (Daily)
When your mind starts racing or overthinking:
• Pause
• Take a deep breath in through your nose
• Slowly exhale through your mouth
Say quietly: “I am safe. I am grounded. I am not in a rush.”
Do this 3 times.
