Alright beautiful souls… before you jump into your day, pause for a second and say this prayer.
“God, Source, Ancestors, Spirit Guides,
Thank you for bringing me to this moment. Thank you for the week I survived, the lessons I learned, and the strength I didn’t even realize I was using. Today, I slow myself down on purpose. I stop carrying everything. I stop replaying conversations. I stop putting pressure on myself to always be “on.” I give myself permission to rest without explaining it to anyone. I release the idea that rest has to be earned. I release the guilt around taking a pause. If my body has been holding tension, help me soften. If my mind has been racing, help me quiet it. If my heart has been heavy, help me release what I don’t need to keep carrying. Show me where I’m pouring energy that isn’t being returned. Show me where I’m staying out of habit instead of alignment. Show me what needs to be released so I can feel lighter again. Today, I choose ease over pressure. I choose peace over proving. I choose alignment over forcing things to work. I trust that slowing down does not delay my blessings, it prepares me to receive them. Asè. 🧿✨”
