Alright beautiful souls… before you jump into your day, pause for a second and say this prayer.


“God, Source, Ancestors, Spirit Guides,

Thank you for waking me up today. Thank you for bringing me to the middle of this week; the point where I can pause, reflect, and realign instead of just pushing through. This morning, I clear my mind. I release mental clutter, overthinking, and unnecessary stress. I don’t carry confusion into the rest of my week. If I’ve been scattered, help me refocus. If I’ve been rushing, help me slow down enough to hear myself again. If I’ve been doubting my decisions, remind me that I know more than I give myself credit for. I ask for clarity today; not everything at once, just what I need right now. Clear thoughts. Clear communication. Clear direction. Help me move with intention instead of reacting emotionally. Help me respond calmly instead of assuming or spiraling. Help me trust that I don’t need to have every answer to still move forward. Today, I choose balance. I choose awareness. I choose alignment. Asè. 🧿✨”
