🦋 Your ancestors are showing you the power of journaling and reflection. They’re asking you to take some of those thoughts, emotions, ideas, and experiences that have been living rent free in your head and finally put them somewhere. Some of y’all have been thinking about the same situation over and over, trying to understand why it happened, what you could’ve done differently, or what you’re supposed to do next. Your ancestors are saying that keeping everything bottled up isn’t helping you process it. Write it down. Journal about what happened, how you really feel about it, what it taught you, and what you want to do differently moving forward. I also feel like somebody could receive clarity while writing and suddenly realize the answer to something that has been confusing them. Your journal could even become a place where you document dreams, signs, manifestations, business ideas, prayers, or messages you feel are coming through spiritually.
🦋 Earth 🌏 Signs, this is also a season where unhealthy attachments are being revealed. Whether it’s people, habits, relationships, environments, money situations, or even an old version of yourself, your spirit team is showing you what no longer fits where you’re going. Some of these attachments may be difficult to release because they’re familiar. You may know a relationship isn’t healthy, but still miss the person. You may know a habit is holding you back, but you keep returning to it when you’re stressed. Somebody may even be holding onto a job, friendship, living situation, or connection because starting over feels scarier than staying somewhere you already know you’ve outgrown.
🦋 Your ancestors want you to understand that letting go does not automatically mean you failed. Sometimes you can love somebody and still realize the connection isn’t healthy anymore. You can appreciate what a job provided while knowing you’ve reached your limit there. You can acknowledge that an older version of yourself helped you survive while also recognizing that you don’t need those same behaviors anymore. I feel like some of you are going to reach a point where you simply get tired of repeating the same experience. And baby, that may be exactly what finally gives you the courage to choose differently.
