Service Description
*** This service can be texted, done via phone call or FaceTime. *** Need clarity before you book? This 1:1 consultation is for clients who want guidance on the best spiritual service for their situation. We'll talk through what's going on, what outcome you want, and I'll recommend the most aligned option, whether that's a personal reading, personal ritual, group ritual, or a custom candle service plan tailored to your specific needs. If you book your service within the same day the fee of your consultation will be applied towards your balance. **** Just a heads up all personal rituals/candle services start at $325. Please make note of that before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of appointments will only be accepted within the same day of the booked appointment. Refunds are only available when the booking is canceled within the same day of the payment, and you will only receive a partial refund of 50%. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you may do so 48 hours before your appointment. Any rescheduling after that time period, appointments will be subject to cancellation. -Refunds- If you've canceled within 24 hours or less after payment is made, you will only receive 50% of your payment. Refunds are invalid after 24 hours of booking, no exceptions. If you need help rescheduling your appointment, please contact us at spiritualunicornbae@gmail.com or 214-780-8787 for any assistance. FAILURE TO SEND WILL RESULT IN A DELAY OF YOUR READING!!! Turnaround Time: Please be advised that readings are delivered within 2-10 business days from the date you booked, but can take longer depending on the order you booked. This does NOT include the following days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday • my self-care days). If you need this service rushed, I offer an emergency add-on option for $150 (that add-on will include this completed within 1-2 business days, with Friday & Saturday included). ⚠️ Purchasing any service means that you have thoroughly read about the service and our booking policy.
