Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of appointments will only be accepted within the same day of the booked appointment. Refunds are only available when the booking is canceled within the same day of the payment, and you will only receive a partial refund of 50%. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you may do so 48 hours before your appointment. Any rescheduling after that time period, appointments will be subject to cancellation. -Refunds- If you've canceled within 24 hours or less after payment is made, you will only receive 50% of your payment. Turnaround Time: Please be advised that readings are delivered within 2-10 business days from the date you booked, but can take longer depending on the order you booked. This does NOT include the following days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday • my self-care days). If you need this service rushed, I offer an emergency add-on option for $150 (that add-on will include this completed within 1-2 business days, with Friday & Saturday included). ⚠️ Purchasing any service means that you have thoroughly read about the service and our booking policy.
