Grow, Vibe & Glow Tribe — Monthly Meeting 📅 Reminder w/ Itinerary + Meeting Information

Just giving everyone an update we will be hosting our monthly meeting/class on Tuesday, January 30th. After counting all of the votes across all platforms that date had the most votes.

We will be meeting at 7:00 via Zoom (you will have an extra 10-15 mins before class starts).

We will be meeting online via Zoom (7:00 PM CST until 8:30/9 PM CST). Please bring a pen, paper, and your vulnerability. You can be as free as you want to be 4/20 and wine-friendly. I want everyone to open up.

Itinerary * Open meditation (5-10 minutes) * Introduction + Introducing ourselves quickly (if we have newbies)

* What is Shadow Work? Covering some shadow work topics

* Something challenging you experienced this month and how do you plan to grow from it?

* Something amazing that happened this month and how do you plan to embrace it?

*** Review Homework question from last month: "Think of a relationship you've walked away from. Write down how it was a positive life choice. *** Possible Homework will be given for next month depending on the flow of the event.
