I'd like to be be in a space where my energy can't be disturbed.

I'm great full to have my grandmother still here and my son.

Self love and healing to me means a sense of self and inner peace to feel free.

A major turning point for me recently was my big brother and then my first real love and safe place passed away.

I'm most happiest when I'm outside in nature or having one on one time with my son.

I can't remember the last time I've ever tried to forgive myself.

Am I embarrassed of me I can say no but idk.

Biggest wound would be losing the person I Loved and felt like was my only…

On a good sleeping schedule


Waking up, being here & my family


Positive affirmations, not giving into thing I don't wanna do, getting over trauma & the past- basically doing things that make me happy & boost myself, self-esteem, confidence physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.


2021 that year I was doing the most because I was hurt & in turn I was hurting & not caring myself. I found strength in knowing that I don't have to stoop to a low to their level. Just leave it & move on🙌🏾


I'm happiest when I'm not stressed out


Just this week I forgave myself for staying too long while taking accountability


No not at all
