In honor of Mental Health Awareness month and how we as people struggle with mental health issues especially, the African American community I decided to bring the subject to our "life talk and tips" segment...It's been a while so this is definitely the perfect subject to bring to the table.
What is Mental Health?: Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act, and helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
For the next 30 days I want you to sit with yourself and make sure that you're doing some of the things listed on this chart and I want to check in weekly for the next 30 days to see if you're doing it.
