I hope everyone is having an amazing Monday so far. I hope whatever you've been praying for or manifesting finds you at some point today or this week.
Monday is connected to the moon 🌕 so today is a good day to Journal, reflect, set intentions, and prepare for the week (to my plus memberships I'll be posting some journal topics sometime today).
I created this post so that you can release whatever it is that you need to get off your chest. I plan to do this more often on Mondays. LET GO AND RELEASE...After you type out whatever it is at the end say I let it go and I release.
This is a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE so whatever you need to get off your chest do it below ⬇️. If you can assist kind words to someone you can also do that. It costs nothing to be kind and I always say when all else fails be kind because you never know when you will need that same energy. I want to ensure that you feel loved, safe, and supported while being an exclusive member of The Spiritual Babes tribe 🦋❤️
I want to release that mindset I can control everything because you I cannot. Things are going to happen and all you can do is going with the flow. I want to release my bad habit of money management. I want to be able to save and still be able to live life with my kids.
I release all blockages attached to my mental and emotional health. I return all the negative intentions of others who seek to hinder progression and comradery at my job. I release the spirits of lack, inconsistency, procrastination, and financial abuse.
Hey y’all hey! Sending good vibes✨✨✨ same here, work is 🥴. Just finding out I’m getting set up & lied to/about. Thought I’d found my work tribe & they thought they’d found booboo the fool. Not even a year in but I gotta go, their demons are irkin my spirit.
I release all bad karma that I knowing or unknowing have attached to me
Worry and anxiety over what’s happening next or Am I making the right decisions am I giving my son all that he needs to one day be great I let go and release
