Hey babes,

Tomorrow is our favorite day of the month and although im under the weather I'm so excited and I just can't hide it. We will be meeting at 6:30 via zoom. During this meeting we will be doing Vision Boards as well but it's optional so please 🙏🏽 bring Vision board material if you're participating.

We will be meeting online via Zoom (6:30 PM CST until 7:30/8 PM CST). Please bring pen, paper and vulnerability. You can be as free as you want to be 4/20 and wine friendly. I want everyone to open up.

Itinerary * Open meditation (5-10 minutes) * Introduction + Introducing ourselves quickly (if we have newbies)

* What is Shadow Work? Covering some shadow work topics

* Something challenging you experienced this month and how you plan to grow from it?

* Something amazing that happened this month and how you plan to embrace it?

*** Review Homework question from last month: "Think of a relationship you've walked away from. Write down how it was a positive life choice? *** Possible Homework will be given for next month depending of the flow of the event.
