Today is our favorite day of the month and although I'm still under the weather I'm still excited and can't wait to meet and vibe with everyone. We will be meeting at 7:00 P.M. CST via zoom like normal. I apologize for putting 6:30 it's 7pm everyone.

During this meeting we will be doing Vision Boards as well but it's optional but please 🙏🏽 bring Vision board material if you're participating.

We will be meeting online via Zoom (7:00PM CST until 8PM/8:30 PM CST). Please bring pen, paper and vulnerability. You can be as free as you want to be 4/20 and wine friendly. I want everyone to open up.

Itinerary * Open meditation (5-10 minutes) * Introduction + Introducing ourselves quickly (if we have newbies)

* What is Shadow Work? Covering some shadow work topics

* Something challenging you experienced this month and how you plan to grow from it?

* Something amazing that happened this month and how you plan to embrace it?

*** Review Homework question from last month: "Think of a relationship you've walked away from. Write down how it was a positive life choice? *** Possible Homework will be given for next month depending of the flow of the event.
