Hello Everyone,

First and foremost I would like to thank the ladies who attended our first "Glow, Grow + Vibe" event, and when I say we vibed we really vibed out.

The ladies suggested that I provide a meeting/class recap so here goes lol...

Recap * We introduced ourselves (Name, Age, Location, and How Long We've Been On Our Journey.)

* Open meditation (5-10 minutes) and We used Jhene Aiko's "Triggered Protection Mantra".

* We discussed the topic what is shadow work.

The shadow parts of ourselves are whatever we have shoved aside to either ignore or deal with later. By knowing ourselves better and embracing those shadow parts, we bring love and light into all dimensions of our being. It is from this enlightened space within us that forgiveness can be found and expressed to others. If you are not there yet and have some forgiving to do, a spiritual cleanse is a good way to prepare yourself.
