Hello Puddings 🦋,

I would like to send a huge thank you to those who attended the "Glow, Grow + Vibe" class tonight. It was an amazing class/event and it flowed exactly how it should. Our next meeting will be at the end of March and a date will be released at the beginning of March.

Recap

We opened the floor to discuss random things before we prepared for our main topic of the night sort of like an ice breaker.

Our main topic: Think of a relationship you've walked away from. Write down the reasons it's been a positive life choice."

Homework Topic: "Do you have similar traits or what traits do you share with your parents, caregiver or someone from your childhood that you've been healing from? Is this a concious decision?"
