I just want to send a warm welcome to my newbies and a forever thank you to my oldies but goodies for rocking with me for as long as you have. I pray that we are able to laugh, joke, pray, grow, learn, speak life into each other and even cry together while you are here.

Although October was mental health awareness month I want you to know that every month is mental health awareness month to me because your mental health is important.

Please make sure you're taking care of your mental health daily just as much as you take care of your physical health because it's just as important. My goal is to be more intentional with my memberships and here's my warm welcome to you all.
